#1 Bus driver experiences fatal medical emergency, pulls over on 5 Freeway in Tejon Pass
Source: abc7.com
Sometimes you have to read these headlines a couple times before you pick up what they’re putting down.
‘TEJON PASS, Calif. (KABC) -- A bus driver who was driving on the 5 Freeway in the Tejon Pass with passengers onboard Thursday morning managed to pull over while experiencing a fatal medical emergency, authorities said.’
Okay, so. Wow. The Tejon Pass is a very famous stretch of road on the I-5. It’s known as The Grapevine and it’s a dicey roadway any time of day — very steep, very long, very winding, and very deceptive. From the location given in the article, though, the bus was likely climbing a steep grade at the time they went out. The Grapevine has lots of opportunity to pull over to the side of the road, so there’s a pretty good chance they were going fairly slowly when it happened is my take.
‘About 4:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol began receiving calls reporting that the bus was weaving in and out of southbound lanes on the freeway, a CHP spokesperson told ABC7.’
‘The male driver was initially thought to have possibly been falling asleep while operating the bus, according to the Highway Patrol. He eventually stopped the vehicle on the right shoulder, near Smokey Bear Road, about 8 miles south of Gorman.’
‘The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, the CHP said.’
‘The bus was full of passengers at the time of the incident, none of whom were reported injured. They continued on to their destination after another bus was sent to the scene to pick them up.’
‘The CHP initially said it was a Greyhound driver. But when reached for comment, Greyhound said the bus was operated by a company called Tour Coach and the driver was not an employee of Greyhound.’
So, basically the Greyhound bus driver went out with a busload of passengers onboard. At least he managed to park. Extraordinary.
#2 South Florida nurse practitioner rescues passenger in mid-air medical emergency on JetBlue flight
Source: wsvn.com
‘A routine flight to Colombia turned into a life-saving mission when Melissa Hernandez, a UHealth Jackson Memorial Hospital nurse practitioner, answered a call for medical assistance on a JetBlue flight last week.’
‘The distressed passenger, described as blue-faced and unresponsive, prompted Hernandez to perform Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support […]’
‘Examine the patient quickly, you only have a few seconds, and then check for a pulse. If you don’t find a pulse, you start doing chest compressions right away, and that’s exactly what I did.’
A true hero.
Let’s hope she’s not shotted. Or, anyway, let’s hope she can save lots of people before the shots take her out, too.
#3 Police: Truck driver suffers medical emergency, crashes into Western Hills HS
Source: wlwt.com
VIDEO REPORT
‘CINCINNATI — One person has been taken to the hospital after a pickup truck crashed into a Cincinnati high school on Friday night.
According to Cincinnati police, the driver of the pickup truck had a medical emergency and lost control of the truck, crashing into Western Hills High School.’
‘The crash left a large hole in the side of the building.’
There’s a video report in the link. It looks pretty much like it sounds. Like a Looney Tunes cartoon.
‘According to witnesses, the crash happened where the football team's locker room is.’
Dicey.
#4 Fatal crash reported after driver suffers apparent medical emergency
Source: examiner.org
‘The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle Edwin C. Steinmetz, 55, of Huntsville, was reported dead in the 7:19 p.m. crash, deputies said. EMS on the scene said he had suffered a medical emergency, resulting in the crash.’
‘Deputies report Steinmetz was operating a southbound 2017 Ford Fusion on S.R. 235 and appeared to be free rolling through the intersection of U.S. 33.
His vehicle went off the southeast side of the intersection and struck a tree.’
I saw that in Washington State after the shots rolled out. I drove by two different instances of a single car just leaving the road and smashing into a tree — a tree that was like 20 feet or more away from the road. One of them, at least, was a fatality.

Source: ksdk.com
‘ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police on Friday named the man who was killed in a Thursday morning single-motor vehicle crash in north St. Louis County.’
‘The St. Louis County Police Department said the single-car rollover crash happened just before 11:30 a.m.’
‘Police said Overland, Missouri, resident Bernard McGlawn, 62, was driving his SUV southbound on Old Halls Ferry Road, just west of Breeders Cup Drive, when he struck a right-side curb.’
‘The SUV crossed the median before it crashed into a tree. His SUV rolled over before it stopped.’
He hit the curb on the right, crossed the whole road, crashed into a tree, and didn’t stop until the car had actually flipped over. Sounds about right.
‘Investigators believe the crash happened because he was having a medical emergency.’

Just try to imagine that.

This is an update about the New York Marathon story (Story #12 in TROME Pt. 103). It’s just a report with more details.

‘“We had her up arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder and we were watching her eyes rolling in the back of her head and her feet were barely moving,” recalls Kohn. “It was like a slow crawl-walk, and literally we were holding her up. It was surreal.”’
The pictures in the story are pretty surreal. The story is surreal.
#20 Two crashes 3 hours apart at same spot in Penn Twp. were apparent medical events: police
Source: eveningsun.com
‘Two crashes, which happened roughly three hours apart at the same spot, were both believed to be caused by drivers suffering medical emergencies, police said.’ [Emphasis added]
‘Both crashes occurred in the intersection of Grandview Road and Sonny Street in Penn Township Monday.’
Same intersection. Wow. I wonder if they both got shotted at the same clinic.
‘The first crash, dispatched at 11:28 a.m., which occurred after a driver suffered a serious medical emergency, sent that driver to the hospital, said Penn Township Police Officer Jules Celich. The crash involved three vehicles total with minor damage, and no injuries other than the initial medical emergency, officers said.’
‘Celich said that, in the second crash, the driver of a pick-up truck is believed to have suffered a medical emergency, coasting off of the road and into a utility pole before the truck came to rest in the yard of a home.’
Wow. What a coincidence. But we know one thing in TROME: it can always get worse.
‘Shortly after the pick-up struck the utility pole, a semi-truck was driving northbound on Grandview Road when the trailer of the truck pulled on low hanging wires that had dropped due to the crash. That caused the truck to pull down two of the electrical poles, smashing them into the top of the trailer.’ [Emphasis added]
‘Grandview Road is expected to be closed for an extended period of time due to the second of the two crashes, as the semi-truck was hauling 50,000 pounds of woodchips that will need to be unloaded, said Celich.’ [Emphasis added]
Quite an eventful day.
Fallout TROME - Medical system overload story of the week. I come across these stories very, very regularly — health care systems are overloaded. Everywhere.
#21 State of the System: High Census Alert Due to RSV and Respiratory Illness
Source: checkupnewsroom.com
RSV is from the shots. No one heard of the virus before 2022, regardless of how common it was. You never heard about it. I remember listening to my shotted co-workers talking about their own children’s cases of it, and they were trying to learn the name, and they were trying to learn the initials.
‘Cook Children’s Medical Centers in Fort Worth and Prosper, as well as Cook Children’s Urgent Care Centers throughout the metroplex, are experiencing high volumes due to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and other respiratory illnesses such as influenza and COVID-19.’
It gets worse.
‘Many infants are experiencing severe RSV illness, with hospitals struggling to find a bed for all of them.’
‘The Emergency Department (ED) at Cook Children’s in Fort Worth is treating more than 500 patients a day. An additional 800 patients a day are seeking treatment at one of Cook Children’s seven Urgent Care Centers (UCCs). The influx is leading to over-crowded waiting rooms and long wait times across the board.’ [Emphasis added]
The contemptible idiots that wrote this article urge its readers to get their children shotted. I wonder what they would say if you asked them what’s the first time they ever heard about a bad RSV season. Ask them the year.
#22 Inside a Halloween Nightmare on Candy Cane Lane

‘IT WAS HALLOWEEN NIGHT, and the scariest thing on Robinson Road was Minnie’s 11-year-old son Douglas. He had passed out. With her child unresponsive and unable to walk […]’ [Emphasis added]

‘He felt momentarily better, got up, took three steps, then was on the ground again, complaining that his arms and legs were numb.’
‘“Is he having a stroke? A heart attack? I had no idea what could be happening,” Minnie says. “He’s never had these symptoms.”’
‘Meanwhile, Douglas slipped into unconsciousness.’
‘Minnie’s mother was waiting for the ride to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, where Douglas eventually regained consciousness.’
‘Minnie still doesn’t know exactly what caused Douglas to pass out. By the time the family reached medical aid, tests for blood sugar and cardiac activity were virtually meaningless.’ [Emphasis added]
Hm.

#25 'It's a fight I will never give up': Vancouver mother is still stuck in Portugal and in a coma 7 months later
Source: kgw.com
‘VANCOUVER, Wash. — A Vancouver family is fighting to bring their mother, Diana James, back home after she suffered a life-threatening medical emergency overseas.’
‘Back in May, Diana suffered a brain bleed that put her into a coma while traveling to Portugal, and after 180 days, she’s still there […]’ [Emphasis added]
It gets worse.
‘According to Kunze, because her mom is a U.S. citizen, Portugal’s medical system is only required to perform life-saving treatment and stabilization of a patient. She has yet to see a neurology specialist or any rehabilitation treatment for her coma disorder — which is crucial to her full recovery.’
And worse.
‘To make matters worse, there are plans to move her to a lower-quality hospital, where a nursing shortage and strike are happening. She is also on her seventh hospital-acquired infection, including pneumonia, which doctors say will just continue to worsen.’

I bet he had at least one risk factor.
‘"I was told I also had pulmonary oedema, where my lungs were filling with fluid. Because it happened early in the morning, staff had to come in from home to do the procedure.”’ [Emphasis added]
Gross. That sounds terrible, too. One moment you’re running along, the next moment you have a heart attack and your lungs fill with fluid.

But while the passenger in need of medical attention was duly hospitalised, three other passengers – apparently the man’s relative – refused to continue flying to Algiers.’
Alright, I can definitely understand the family member wanting to stick around. But what is it with the passengers that tried to flee the airport. It feels weird saying they “fled,” but what else are you gonna call it?

Adieu
Anyone dumb enough to wear a smartwatch or fitbit.....gets both surveillance and heavier 5G exposure. I would suspect them as causal in bodily damage.
LOTS of surreal stuff in this episode of TROME, including:
> a Greyhound bus driver who parks the bus before DYING!
> 2 people with medical emergencies needing to be rescued from the SAME cruise ship!
> 2 medical emergencies in the SAME location, only hours apart!
> "Weather" treated as a plausible explanation for a "minor" medical emergency in a patient who previously had a 7-hour heart by-pass surgery!
> Multiple cases where there was NO explanation for the medical emergency!
And this is just a sampling. Be sure to click through and see the "funeral procession".
