Things not to do if shotted: Play trombone, drive to Subway, drive a school bus, drive at all, be in a girl band, go mountain biking, snorkeling, swimming, gambling, or shopping. We can do this!
Yeah, I know. It happens all the time. Don’t lock your knees, they say.
‘Temperatures reached a sweltering 30 degrees celsius, causing three guards involved in the parade rehearsals to collapse.’ [Emphasis added]

In an exclusive interview with NBC 10 News, Jeffrey Barden, said the crash, which killed one woman and injured four others, was the result of the medical episode.’ [Emphasis added]
The video is spooky. Just watch the security footage from inside a nearby store:
"People keep telling me, 'It's not your fault, it's not your fault,' but that doesn't make me feel any better," said Barden.
‘"I had just pulled over to the curb for a second and the next thing I know, I woke up in the ambulance," Barden said.
"I'm still seeing doctors and so forth so we'll find out one step at a time," he added.’ [Emphasis added]
‘Smithfield police have confirmed to NBC 10 News that Barden has not been formally charged with anything and the investigation is ongoing.’
‘[…] Barden's car hit another vehicle in the Apple Valley Mall's parking lot last Wednesday, before driving off at a high rate of speed and eventually crashing into the Subway.

Watch out for that field.

The side of the van had significant damage, but it was not immediately clear when or how it occurred; it did not appear that the damage happened as the van traveled off the road and into the field.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.’ [Emphasis added]
