Look: this comes from Reddit and from the CovidBC Rumble channel. I haven’t found any original source for this. It comes with a blurb saying that the driver had a medical emergency and that the street vendor survived with minor injuries. The timestamp on the video says July 13 of this year.

A friend of mine lives in upper Washington state. When that ferry driver ran aground some months ago, from a heart attack, (news said engine failure), the driver having the heart attack blew the horn 6 times. The ferry horn never never never is blown 6! times. This video is horrendous and I can only imagine the distress felt by the (incapacitated) driver was immense.
Poor folks do not understand how they are being used to kill others.
